What’s for dinner :: Meatball sandwich casserole

IMG_6522Are you ready for another ridiculously easy recipe?
It’s so easy you don’t even need pictures,
but I’m a photographer at heart… sooo you get them.
Ingredients are:
Meatballs and sauce (I made my own in the crock-pot)
Baguette french bread and mozzarella cheese
Preheat your oven to 350, and slice your bread.

This is the baguette we got, there were two rolls in the package which was perfectIMG_6516Brush on your olive oil, layer in baking dish
Next, stick your bread in the oven for 10-13 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Take them out and layer on your meatballs, sauce and cheese.
(I’m getting hungrier and hungrier just looking at these pictures.)
IMG_6517 IMG_6523Throw it in the oven for 25-30 minutes, make sure it’s heated all the way through.
Doesn’t that look delicious!!?
IMG_6529I’m bringing dinner tonight to some friends from church,
I’m totally bringing this! So easy and so scrumptious.
Please try to make this and then tell me if you love it!

(**Note: you can use whatever meatballs and sauce you’d like,
the original recipe uses frozen meatballs from Costco,
I just wanted to make my own. Then used a couple cans of Hunt’s spaghetti sauce)

(You can see the original recipeĀ here, she adds some peppers and onions too!)
