I love cooking new things, more than I like actually trying new things.
My mom has made these stuffed shells practically our entire life.
She will normally add spinach but since most of the family isn’t a fan of spinach,
we left it out. (For the record, I would have been okay leaving it in)
The ingredients: jumbo pasta shells, pasta sauce, mozz cheese, cream cheese and ground beef (1 lb)
(if you are my mom you apparently shop for pasta in the discount section)
Of course this guy is wandering around the kitchen causing troublePreheat your oven to 350
Brown the ground beef, and cook your pasta according to the package.
(you’re going to want to only cook the shells that are not broken)
Add the full 8 oz. of cream cheese into the ground beef,
then about a cup of mozzarella. (I think a little more would be better) Then again I love cheese.
Drain your shells, then stuff those babies Layer the stuffed shells in a baking dish and add pasta sauce (desired amount)
and then another cup of cheese. Bake it for about 30 minutes or until warm throughout and whalaaa!
